Technical Project Coordinator (temporary)

We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join our growing team in the position of Technical Project Coordinator. 

Job summary

Ensuring the development of a full-fledged expropriation task with regard to the provision of road ownership and road technical solutions, as well as the appropriate co-ordination of all other crossing or related Rail Baltica infrastructure reconstruction or new construction sites in accordance with Latvian legislation in order to initiate necessary expropriation or real estate encumbrance activities.

We will entrust you to

• Participate in the preparation, systematization, compilation and analysis of technical information within the scope of its competence, as well as to provide support in the preparation of presentation materials when necessary.
• Provide support to the parties and institutions involved in the implementation of the real estate expropriation activity within the scope of its competence.
• Participate in discussions (meetings of the expropriation commission, working groups, etc.) related to the solution of issues within the scope of its competence.

To succeed, you should have

• Understanding of the activities of public administration and regulatory enactments regulating this field.
• Practical work experience in cooperation with state and municipal institutions in solving technical issues.
• Excellent Microsoft Office basic tools skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Excellent skills in working with AutoCAD or GIS.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, teamwork.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Latvian languages.
