Job summary
The RB Rail Railway Systems Engineer in Estonia provides support for the application of the RAMS and Risk Management Processes in the Rail Baltica project, particularly within Estonia, from the Global Project perspective as well as for the different subsystems (infrastructure, command and control, energy), considering the RAMS deliverables of the specific designers and contractors along the life-cycle of the project and supporting with the creation of the required RAMS demonstration documentation at Global Project level (qualitative and quantitative RAM and Safety risk analysis, RAM and Safety plan, RAM and Safety verification & validation plan, safety reports, Hazard Log, Safety Case, etc.).
Reporting to the RB Rail RAMS Manager within the System Engineering and Assurance Department, the RB Rail Junior Railway Systems Engineer shall participate in the implementation of the RAMS policy throughout the project’s organization and during all phases, from design to implementation phases and until commissioning, and shall contribute to the verification and validation of the RAM & Safety targets of the overall railway system of the Rail Baltica project, in compliance with the applicable EU directives and regulations (796, 797, 798, ,402) and CENELEC standards EN 50126, EN 50128 and EN 50129.
The Railway Systems Engineer will also be in charge of the coordination with all relevant stakeholders (project managers, country director, implementing body, national safety authority, etc.) in Estonia for RAMS discussions and topics.

Knowledge of EU directive 796, 797, 798 and EU Regulation 402 (will be considered as advantage)
Knowledge of CENELEC 5012x standards (will be considered as advantage)
