On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven, energetic and professional Managing Director of Company in Germany to reach new heights of success with the company!

MANAGING DIRECTOR OF COMPANY IN GERMANY

Your main responsibilities will be to develop and implement the company strategies; To manage and be fully responsible for Company operations in Germany; To manage and be fully responsible for operational, administrative and commercial activities; To ensure effective organisational structure, resource planning, and utilisation, as well as competency development within the company; To ensure effective organisational structure, resource planning, and utilisation, as well as competency development within the company; To ensure the profitability of projects and achieve company goals and financial results in both the short-term and long-term.

You are  the star we are looking for, if you have:

• Higher education in engineering, real estate management, corporate governance, law, business management or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience working in a managerial position(s) with P&L responsibility for the entire company or part of the company's business, team management and development;
• Experience in crisis and change management with the ability to analyse the situation and make quick decisions;
• Experience in business development;
• Experience in budgeting and financial flow monitoring;
• Experience in construction or real estate management;
• Experience in projects related to process restructuring and development, personnel management and effective team building, improvement of process quality;
• Strategic and systemic thinking, ability to see things in conjunction and structure them in processes;
• English level C1, Latvian B2, German B1.
