The PrīmX system is the fastest growing concrete system in warehouses, manufacturing and many other areas where precise, automation and robotics-ready floors and other structures are required. Duties:
- Organize construction processes in accordance with construction standards;
- Supervise the construction work process and quality;
- Plan the necessary materials for construction and their delivery;
- Prepare reports and construction documentation;
- Organize the work of existing employees and subcontractors.
Requirements for applicants:
- Secondary professional education in the field of construction or higher education in the field of construction (final year students are also welcome);
- 5+ years of experience in heavy concrete structures;
- Experience in a large construction projects (starting from 20 miljons EUR );
- Experience in managing 50+ people on the site;
- Ability to read technical documentation, drawings and schemes - apply technical terminology;
- Deep expertise in heavy concrete structures, particularly in-situ cast (factories, bridges, other large-scale concrete structures, megastructures);
- At least B1 level english language knowledge;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project software;
- Ability to effectively plan and organize own work and work of subordinates;
- Ability to go on business trips;
- B category driving license.
