Our client, AJ Products, is an international company that develops smart solutions for the modern workplace. We are looking for a motivated and with good communication skills Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join the company and contribute to reaching new heights of success!
Responsibilities:
- To ensure proactive sales and customer service process mainly by phone, email, chat, showroom and web;
- To reach monthly individual and team’s sales targets;
- To answer product and order inquiries, and handle returns and cancellations;
- To manage orders and quotations in the systems;
- To keep clean and well equipped showroom, coordinate the products to be purchased for showroom and local stock usage;
- To create technical solutions for customers in 3D visualization format when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least secondary school or gymnasium education;
- Basic knowledge regarding trading and cross-sales;
- Practical experience/skills in sales and customer service;
- A good experience in customer service and sales communication with track record would be advantage;
- Latvian language at level C1 and English language at least at level B2;
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM;
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective when faced with challenges or stressful situations;
- Ability and willingness to proactively address customer needs or improve the service experience.

Salary (gross): from 2100 EUR, considering candidates' experience and knowledge.
