Our client is an international company and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager with strong leadership skills to join the company.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead both the customer service and logistics teams, including staff responsibility for sales representatives in customer service; to ensure high-quality service; to develop and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and case resolution; to drive sales individually according to the budgets – 60% manager, 40% sales; to work closely with the sales and logistics teams to improve the overall customer journey; to develop and implement routines for handling outbound calls and to drive improvement initiatives in customer experience and service processes.
