HORECA Manager

  On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven, energetic and professional HORECA Manager to reach new heights of success with the company!

Your main responsibilities will be to plan, manage and control sale of products in HoReCa sales channels with the aim to increase sales volumes and net sales; To develop and manage sales strategies and activities in co-operation with the marketing department, Trade Marketing Manager and other departments; To implement the agreed HoReCa sales strategies, set tactical objectives and targets for direct report employees, and control the execution; To support development of OnTrade Sales strategy, securing all projects are implemented locally.

You are the star we are looking for, if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Economics, Business Management or relevant area);
• At least 3 years’ experience in a management position what has been related to sales (sales manager, trade manager, commercial manager, business development manager, etc.);
• At least 3 years’ experience in an HoReCa sector;
• Experience in business development, building relationships with clients, and attracting new clients;
• Experience with market and competitor analysis;
• Experience with trade marketing activities and understanding of sales strategies and planning;
• Strong team management, along with high proficiency in strategic planning and execution;
• Courage and desire to regularly achieve victories;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
• Driver’s license with category B;
• Latvian level C1, English level C1.

Salary (gross): starting from 4500 euro, considering candidates’ experience, knowledge and preferences.
